“I started in the HVAC industry over 25 years ago and spent many of those years working for large, industry-leading names like Capstone Mechanical and Lochridge-Priest. I gained invaluable knowledge and worked with highly skilled professionals during this time.
However, I also identified fundamental disconnects between these large corporations and you, the customer. Things like establishing long-term client relationships, recognizing that everyone’s financial circumstances are unique, and minimizing wait times are all significant needs that are many times unmet by larger companies.
I started Prestige Air of Waco (at that time Ralph’s Heating & Cooling) with the goal of forming family-like ties with my customers while providing world-class service and professional solutions. Being an independent service provider also allows me to control our pricing so that we can offer honest and reasonable payment plans when life throws unexpected challenges your way.”
